Dennis is a leader, organizational coach, and consultant with over 20 years of experience in creating insight, alignment, and action through the power of the FrameWorks™ processes.
His presence is characterized by creativity, humor, and strength-based leadership. His unique approach and style has led his clients consistently through growth, transition, and change with high levels of achievement and success. His experience covers a range of clients across education, government, faith-based, non-profit and for-profit organizations.
A broad background and experiences in business, management, marketing, product development, engineering, manufacturing, public speaking, education, and church ministry is leveraged on a daily basis in creating value and service to his clients.
Julie brings a unique blend of experiences to her role as Senior Consultant. With a career spanning consulting experience, teaching, educational leadership, and her training and experience in organizational development and coaching, she enjoys working toward a deeper understanding of people operating within organizations. Julie is a certified executive coach, energetic facilitator, and insightful out-of-the-box thinker; she brings heart and a multifaceted perspective to her work with client organizations and their people.
Christine is a seasoned advisor, executive, and strategic communications practitioner in public and non-profit markets. As a valued, effective and personal consultant and coach, she enjoys guiding organizations and teams to connect and communicate more effectively by developing a deeper capacity for analysis, planning, prioritization, and development. Her areas of expertise include strategic communications, issue identification and management, stakeholder analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Having served as both an executive in a major school district and as an independent consultant, she understands well the nuances and complexity of education-focused organizations. Her projects have included guiding organizations through change processes and major decision-making efforts; individual and cohort coaching grounded in TeamWorks’ proprietary FrameWorks™; and project coordination and facilitation of groups small and large.
Dan Hoverman brings 41 years of overall public school experience, including 30 years of public school leadership, to his new work as an associate with TeamWorks International. During his tenure as a school administrator in the Mounds View Schools, he has served in a wide range of capacities from Director of Special Services, Director of Curriculum and Instruction, Deputy Superintendent and, for the past nine years, Superintendent. This broad range of experiences has enabled him to view and solve problems at the district and school level from a number of different and unique perspectives. Dan has also had extensive experience in his career working with multi-district collaborative organizations in processes of re-design and continuous improvement.
Dr. Kim Scanlan, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in the areas of Human Resources and Shared Services for both public and non-profit organizations. Kim’s experiences cover a wide variety of business environments including periods of rapid growth, significant downsizing, acquisition and divestiture. Kim’s ability to think both strategically and tactically enables organizations to navigate rapidly changing environments while remaining focused on an organization’s cultural and people issues.
Kim has served the Catholic Church in numerous volunteer capacities and worked as the Parish Administrator for a parish of over 1600 families. In her capacity as Parish Administrator Kim was responsible for the functions of finance, human resources, communications, planning and facilities. Kim was also responsible for oversight of the Catholic School of 700 students in PK-8. During Kim’s tenure at the Parish she led the planning process for both the parish (pastoral planning) and the school (strategic planning) resulting in five year plans for both.
Kim has a Doctorate of Organization & Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from Capella University. She received her M.B.A from Wichita State University and her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Iowa State University. Kim has been an adjunct professor for 25+ years and taught both undergraduate and Masters level courses in Leadership, Management Strategy, Organizational Development and Change and all areas of Human Resources. Kim has served on numerous boards in multiple leadership capacities.
Rich acts as the Insight Services Manager and as a Research Analyst for TeamWorks International’s Insight Services Department. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Geology from Winona State University, and a Masters Degree in Geography from Hunter College of the City University of New York. Rich’s extensive background and experience in private business, military, government, K-12 public education, post secondary education, faith-based organizations and various non-profit industries has allowed him to develop unique insight and a systemic approach to serving a wide range of client needs. Rich also teaches Physical and World Regional Geography at Southeast Technical College in Southeastern, MN. In his spare time he enjoys building wooden boats, pretends like he can play guitar, and gets lost finding new areas to explore in the Twin Cites
Matt began working with TeamWorks in March of 2010 as an Insight Services Analyst. He has a Bachelors Degree in Geography from the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse and holds a Masters Degree in GIS from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Before Joining TeamWorks, Matt acted as the GIS Coordinator for Buffalo County WI. Matt works hand in hand with many of TeamWorks’s clients, helping them discover relationships within their data, and ensuring efficacy in future planning. In addition to this, Matt is responsible for the development, deployment, and administration of Insight Online, TeamWorks’ web-based mapping and analytical tool. Ensuring that the customization of Insight Online meets clients’ needs along with keeping their data secure is a priority of Matt’s. He excels in spatial and statistical analysis, database management, web security and programming, and research and development. During his free time, Matt enjoys hunting, fishing, playing sports, and spending time with his family.
Bonnie oversees TeamWorks’ operation, human resource and fiscal activities. Her strength is developing processes and practices that ensure financial stability and create a high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and job satisfaction.
On her own time, Bonnie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, and watercolor painting.
Connie oversees the logistics of our consultants’ calendars and monthly invoicing. She is a friendly connection to each of our clients and efficient in providing answers. Connie’s background includes banking, office and financial management.
In her freetime, Connie enjoys jewelry making and other handiwork, gardening, and enjoying time with her family.
