Creating an Evaluation System

The work.

TeamWorks International was invited to assist a state department to create a system of evaluation that would accomplish seemingly contradictory elements:
1) Comply with state statute recently enacted by the state legislature and,
2) Engage stakeholders at key points in the process to provide consultation and input.

TeamWorks worked side by side with the division responsible for the evaluation creation and implementation, defining the parameters and metrics of the evaluation, and facilitating stakeholder groups to provide experience and input on implications for their collective work.

The results.

The evaluation cycles have begun with an innovative system about which other states around the country are inquiring. Stakeholders fully understand and are adjusting to the guidelines, pleased with an engagement process that was far more productive and inclusive than what they hadimagined the department would have conducted.

More complex ideas are expressed through the traditional germanic method of word formation known as compounding, where two words are joined together
